Another demolition and rebuild house projects by Monk Construction in 2025! This beautiful 1000 sq. ft. foot-print house has an additional 450 sq. ft. loft with bedroom dormers. It was constructed in Eagle River and designed by Trout Creek Drafting & Design who does work throughout the Northwoods areas such as Eagle River, Minocqua and Rhinelander, however, not limited to those areas. Quite the transformation of this Minocqua Lake Home by Monk Construction recently built in 2025. We constructed this 24x28 garage in 2018.  It has a 12/12 pitch roof, full attic and is finished off with vinyl siding and shingles.

We designed and built this 28x36 garage in 2017.  It has a work area and is finished off with vinyl shakes, siding and a shingled roof.

We built this 20 x 30 garage in 2017. It has a 12/12 pitch roof, full attic with vinyl siding and a standard shingle roof.

Check out this 30x36 Barn Style Garage built using a post and frame structure, all rough sawn pine, with a steel roof, sliding barn doors, lean to, built in Tomahawk...2015.

26x32 garage with 4/12 roof, half log cabin style siding with shingle roof, built in 2015.

This beautifully designed 24x44 Cedar sided Garage comes with a Storage Area and Workshop with Dormers, it is located near Eagle River.

Here is a 30x32 Gambrell garage we built back in 2016.  It has a full attic...finished off with vinyl siding and a steel roof.

One of my favorite garages we built in Eagle River, 24x32, gambrel trusses, full attic, half log siding, steel roof, and built in 2014.

This 26x28 two car attic style garage with dormers we built back in 2008, finishing off with vinyl siding and shingles.

This was one of my first projects as Monk Construction, a 32x36 garage with 12/12 attic trusses and half-log siding.  Built in Minocqua, 2007

This lake house is 100 percent done after installing the entry door we ordered nearly one year ago, a few supply-chain issues from COVID yet.
